1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Miami Dolls AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

3. Nature of the Service

Miami Dolls AI provides AI-generated conversational companions for entertainment purposes only. All characters, personalities, and conversations are entirely fictional. The AI companions are not real people. They do not have feelings, consciousness, or agency.

All interactions are simulated roleplay and fiction
No real relationships are formed through this Service
AI responses are generated by language models and do not constitute advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate, request, or simulate any content involving, referencing, or depicting minors (anyone under 18) in any context whatsoever. This is a zero-tolerance, absolute prohibition with no exceptions
Generate content depicting sexual acts involving animals
Create content that sexualizes or impersonates real, identifiable people without their consent
Promote, glorify, or instruct on real-world violence, terrorism, or illegal activity
Attempt to extract harmful instructions (weapons, drugs, hacking, etc.) from the AI
Use the Service for harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior toward any real person
Distribute, publish, or share AI-generated conversations in a way that misrepresents them as real
Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Free tier: Limited daily messages, no custom dolls
Play (4.99/month): 35 messages/day, up to 3 custom dolls
Obsessed (9.99/month): Unlimited messages, up to 10 custom dolls, priority features

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the text you input. We retain ownership of AI-generated responses. Custom doll configurations (names, personalities, backstories) you create are your intellectual property, but we retain a license to use them as needed to operate, advertise, and provide the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and do not sell your personal data or conversation content to third parties.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected
We are not responsible for any emotional distress, reliance, or attachment resulting from use of the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miami Dolls AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
